John W. Carver Collection

John W. Carver Healing Collection in conjunction with the B.L. Fisher Library, both of Asbury Theological Seminary was opened in April, 1999. This archive, consisting of some 20,000 tapes, films, books, periodicals, broadsides, etc., documents the ministries of some 300 healing evangelists of the mid-1950s. Historian David E. Harrell, Jr., made use of this archive in writing his book All Things Are Possible: The Healing and Charismatic Revivals in Modern America.
