1) When I click on a link and it connects to an external file (like the Christian and Missiionary Alliance Archives) I can't find the information on the page that you listed in the link.

Connecting to other people's source material can be frustrating. Please notice that the address in your browser will look something like the following: http://www.cmalliance.org/whoweare/archives/alifepdf/AW-1920-10-23.pdf#Page=9. First the entire file will load, which may take a few minutes and then it is supposed to redirect you to the page listed at the end of the address. Sometimes people become impatient with waiting while the PDF loads and simply don't give it enough time to redirect. Other times it simply says completed and never redirects you to the correct page. Simply note the page number from the address and move to the correct page within the file manually. We apologize for the inconvenience but we have no control over external information servers.

2) I am looking information on a particular person. They were prominent in healing but you don't have information on them.

Due to the limitations of time we are adding people and information as quickly as possible, but not everyone has a biography yet. If you see the person listed in the Timeline section then they are slated to be added. if you don't see them then feel free to send us a note suggesting the person. They will then be added to the list of people for research consideration.

3.) I know you say you won't help with reasearch but I really want to know where you got....

We honestly try to provide excellent primary research sources - with links where possible. If it's an easy question we'll try and help, however we don't have time to do in-depth research for others.

4.) I disagree with your theology or don't like a person that you've listed. You need to ... stop... repent...argue with me... change your site.. or do something else that I request.

We understand that divine healing is considered somewhat controversial. If you disagree, then we bless you and encourage you not to read our site. We will NOT respond to negative communications. It is a waste of your time and ours.

5.) I know that your copyright says duplication strictly prophibited but can't I just copy...

You are welcome to go to original source materials and find what you're looking for. Nothing from our site is allowed to be copied. If you will note most older articles have been modified for traceability and have a digital copyright. It's an incredible amount of work to find some of this material and we ask that you don't take it just because it's convenient.

6.) I am looking for a copy of an out of print book. Where can I get it? Can you get it for me?

We are getting ready to add a bookstore feature on the site to sell current and out of print healing books. When that is functioning we will be more than willing to help you.

6.) When I click on a link my system hangs up. It appears to be on files that have the .pdf extension. Can you tell me what's happening?

There seems to be a few problems when Adobe Reader has been installed for one browser and then another browser is installed afterwards which accesses Reader. The answer is simple. RemoveAdobe Reader using Control Panel, Add Remove Programs, Adobe Reader. Then download the latest version of Adobe reader and reinstall. Everything should work after that.
